Neon Drift Alley
★★★★★ 4.5
Neon Drift Alley is pure arcade fun. You are not simulating tire physics here — you are chaining drifts through glowing city streets and building a boost meter that lets you rocket down the straights. The handling is exaggerated in the best way.
Controls default to tilt, but I switched to on-screen buttons within minutes and found them far more precise. Drifting is a single tap-and-hold, and nailing a long slide feels genuinely good. The track design loops back on itself with plenty of shortcuts to memorize.
It is a game of small improvements. My first run on each track is messy, my fifth is smooth, and chasing that clean lap is the whole appeal.
What we liked
- Snappy, exaggerated drift handling
- Clever tracks with hidden shortcuts
