Keeping Tiny Harbor Town's residents actually happy
In Tiny Harbor Town, my economy stalled hard around the second harbor upgrade. Production slowed, shops sat empty, and I could not figure out why until I checked the happiness meter I had been ignoring.
Happy residents work faster and spend more at your shops, which drives the coin you need to expand. Let happiness drop and the whole loop grinds down. The good news is that fixing it is cheap.
Scatter a few basic decorations — benches, flower beds, a fountain — near your busiest work areas. They cost little and give a steady happiness bump that pays for itself in faster production within a day.
Do not over-decorate empty corners nobody visits. Placement near active buildings and paths matters far more than raw quantity. Once I concentrated decorations where residents actually gathered, the town started humming again.
